Revitalization of Hair
Revitalization of Hair this year, 2021, Easter falls in the month of April. When most of us think of Easter, we think of hope and a chance to live again.
I dedicate this month’s newsletter to all persons having hair challenges. There is hope for your hair and the opportunity for your hair to become healthy and vibrant once more.
Over my now 51 years in the business of hair, the resurrection of hair, has become my favorite service.
This past week I saw a new client who came to see me and was very despondent about the continuous and progressive deterioration of her hair. She asked, “would I have to cut all my hair off?” After extensive consultation with the client my response to her was that I took the smallest roller and showed her, this roller had the diameter of a 10-cent coin. Then I showed her another roller which had the diameter of about 5 silver dollars.
I explained to her that while working in Barbados a client had come to me with sever chemical damage to her hair. After her first treatment I set the client’s hair with rollers which had the diameter of a 10-cent coin. Three years later, before I left Barbados to return to Grenada, that same client’s hair was being set with rollers which had a diameter of at least 5 silver dollars.
With the correct diagnosis of what is causing the damage to hair and the correct treatment, hair can be resurrected.
Salon Success will be introducing new treatments based on the positive effects of cinnamon and lemon grass to the hair and scalp. Why not, isn’t Grenada the land of spice?
We welcome our partners in the other islands to join us in the resurrection of hair through natural and effective treatments.
