Which Products Give Your Hair Body?

Which hair products give your hair body and volume are dependent largely on the texture of your hair.  If your hair is exceptionally fine, a liquid form of hair body giving product is best for your hair.  This should be applied to towel dried hair and applied to the root area.

On the other hand, if your texture is medium, then a lotion, which is thicker in consistency than the liquid used on fine hair should be applied.  Here your body will be needed more at the hair shaft lever rather than the root level.

If your hair is coarse, you may not need body, but you may need control of your hair.  This is where a mousse or jell will work better then a liquid or a lotion.
